MEET THE FOUNDERS

Kris' passion for fitness started with football. He credits sports with transforming him from a chubby, insecure kid to an athlete who played football and basketball up to the NCAA (American Collegiate) level. After his studies, while working in New York and trying to cope with its hectic pace, he took up running to stay sane and keep fit. This cardiovascular endurance made enabled him to seriously pursue a passion for trekking, including climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and reach Annapurna Base Camp in Nepal. In the last few years, together with Naomi, Kris has discovered a love of weightlifting and HIIT workouts. These days he is spending his time trying to promote a fitness movement in Calicut.

 

Naomi grew up in a healthy household, and was taught from an early age the importance of clean eating. As a child, she practiced ballet and tae-kwon do, two disciplines that instilled in her a love for challenging movement. In her twenties, Naomi discovered yoga which she practiced regularly. She would also push her limits with endurance running, cycling, and hiking. Four years ago, she discovered a love for weightlifting and HIIT. As a 35 year old mother of two boys, she feels that the most important aspect of living a fit life are the amazing health benefits. These days, she is passionate about helping other women discover that strong is beautiful.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

 

All of our classes are designed for a mixed group of 20 persons or less.  In a class format, you will be pushed to do more than you thought you could. Nothing compares to the added motivation and accountability you get from working out in a community setting.

 

 

 

HIGH INTENSITY

 

Intensity is essential for results because it allows you to burn more calories even after your workout. Training hard helps you shed weight will increasing your endurance and heart health. We design each workout so that you can reach your own maximum intensity.

We believe the human body is the ultimate machine, as such we've created an adult playground with equipment we designed specifically for our workouts.  We will challenge your body in new and exciting ways every time you show up.
